Cancellation Policy
Classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Students may reschedule or cancel a class up to 12 hours before the lesson time. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hours before the lesson will be counted as a completed class. If a student is more than 10 minutes late without notice, the lesson may be shortened or marked as a no-show. If a student does not attend and does not message, the lesson is considered a no-show. All lessons are scheduled based on the local time zone of the student. Availability is updated regularly, and students should book within available slots only.
