Service Description
The trial lesson is a relaxed, one-on-one session designed to understand your English level, goals, and learning style. During the lesson, we’ll focus on real conversation, identify your strengths, and highlight areas for improvement. You’ll receive personalized feedback and a clear idea of how future lessons can help you build confidence, fluency, and accuracy in English. By the end of the trial lesson, you’ll know what to expect from ongoing lessons and whether this learning style is the right fit for you.
Cancellation Policy
Classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Students may reschedule or cancel a class up to 12 hours before the lesson time. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hours before the lesson will be counted as a completed class. If a student is more than 10 minutes late without notice, the lesson may be shortened or marked as a no-show. If a student does not attend and does not message, the lesson is considered a no-show. All lessons are scheduled based on the agreed time zone. Availability is updated regularly, and students should book within available slots only.
